"Wow! We had a backyard wedding for 200 people...separate ceremony area, separate cocktail hour area and separate reception area. Jon provided: Multiple tents....custom floor.....chairs....tables....linens.....event co-ordination ....and planning! Wow!
The planning started with a walk around the property in the SNOW! Jon provided us with multiple options for tent selection, placement. event flow. He helped a lot with site preparation ideas. He's very knowledgeable about the needs of all the other vendors....caterers, bar, band, toilet truck etc. Nothing was pushed on us, everything was explained with pros and cons. If he didn't stock something like our special lanterns, he found them and provided us with samples way before the event. I wanted stats for the electrical needs....Bingo!....I got all the details. I wanted the main tent attached to the horse barn with a weather tight roof...other tent companies said no....Jon said "sure". Always a smile and a positive attitude. Whenever we made changes, we received an amended contract with all the details and cost changes for our review. Add this....take away problem! The bride was beautiful in her Polka dot dress! The weather was great....the wedding could not have been more wonderful. The tents were in excellent condition. He put them up days before and cleaned them....washed the windows. Bugs landed on them.....he cleaned them. Leaves landed on them...he cleaned rained...he cleaned them. Ceremony seating was arranged in PERFECT rows. He had the chairs cleaned 3 times before the guests arrived. I gave him the schedule of the lawn guy and the mosquito spray guy and he worked around problem. The toilet truck showed up and his crew stopped what they were doing and helped get it backed up in just the right place. The caterer and flower crew were very happy with the prep areas he set up for them. The band needed extra cables...he set them up. My lawn wasn't exactly flat where the dance floor needed to be...Jon shimmed it up and made it right. After the ceremony his crew used a cart with a silent motor to move the chairs quietly around the other side of the house to the reception tent with no disturbance to the cocktail hour. He came early and stayed late. Two days later the tents were gone and my lawn looked like it had been vacuumed. Access tent was a BIG part of our wonderful wedding. "
