Access Tent has been installing the tents for this years Lowell Winter Festival. The festival Starts Friday and runs into Saturday.

On February 23-24 catch Lowell’s annual Winterfest weekend in downtown Lowell, featuring everything from a carousel and free ice-skating to an all-you-can-eat chocolate festival.
