Since our founding in 1989, Access Tent has consistently provided the highest quality service and product selection. Access Tent was established by Rob Mickle, who successfully ran the business for over 20 years. Following his passing, Jon Howarth and his wife Kathryn purchased the business and have continued to uphold the professional commitment to customers that Rob always championed. Jon brings over 25 years of industry experience, including two years in Los Angeles working on Hollywood events. His journey from installer to general manager, and now owner, has equipped him with a unique blend of trade skills as a mechanic, electrician, and installer, alongside his management expertise in inventory control, account management, and sales.

Jon’s favorite aspect of this business is transforming clients’ concepts and ideas into breathtaking and unforgettable events.
